It will be very useful to have more flexibility in events in terms of moving/removing the payments within events and between events and giving part of Millennium. We would like to be able:
1. Move the payments from event to the giving part of Millennium (if the constituent decides not to attend an event and want us to keep the money for donations).
2. Remove them from event (in case constituent does not attend and requires the refund)
3. Move the payments within event itself from one registrant to another or between 2 different events.
